1) Domain Discussion
                       Students can discuss with our faculty the domain on which their project idea can rely. They can choose from our 21 advanced fields to do projects based on their specialization. For instance, ECE students can do Projects on Image Processing, Wireless Networks, IoT, Security, Embedded Systems, VLSI, Power Electronics, Digital Signal Processing, etc.
2) Project Identification and Reference Collection
                      One of the first and critical steps in the project cycle management is the identification and selection process. It is crucial since it impacts the whole process, including its sustainability after completion and transferred to the operational phase. The reference collection is a collection of objects maintained for study and authentication. References for the proposed project are collected from our database of well structured, real-time R&D.
3) Project Confirmation
                      On finalizing the topic, the students shall confirm the project's suitability from their college and start working on the workflow, module preparation, and project timeline. Students can also verify their projects with fellow researchers to avoid any similarity and overlapping of titles.
4) Development
                    The development process can be sequenced into four phases, namely the conception phase, definition phase, execution phase, and operation phase. These phases may overlap and interact, yet they should be differentiable. The initiation, feasibility, system definition & requirements, system improvement, algorithm derivation, and code development are all processed for the desired results in this stage.
5) Quality Analysis and Testing
                   The quality analysis comprises quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control. Here quality is defined as the level to which the developed project meets the predetermined specification and expectations of the students. Testing is an investigative process conducted to assure the quality of the developed project for accurate results. The testing is successful when the project:
Meets the requirements that guided its design and development.
Responding correctly to all kinds of inputs.
Performing its functions within an acceptable time.
Is it sufficiently usable?
Achieves the general result the student expected.
6) Delivery and Feedback
                         Our project delivery approach integrates students, system, our faculty and industry experts to harness the optimization and understanding of the developed project collaboratively. We offer a full explanation of the intention, functions, working, and advantages of the project to students, obtain their feedback and incorporate any modifications requested for maximum performance.
7) Thesis Writing and Presentation
                         A thesis is a document submitted supporting the candidate's academic degree presenting the student's project and research. A good thesis has two parts. First, it should clearly state your objective – what you plan to argue – and It should have the necessary documentation to prove that your aim has been reached. Contents of a thesis: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology,  Results and Discussion, Conclusion A detailed PowerPoint presentation of the project is prepared with appropriate statistics and pictorial representations so that the examiners would be highly impressed with your project and score you with high marks.
