International Process:
- Type of program:Technical Support

Responsibilities:

- Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet;
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
- Gather customer’s information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms;
- Follow standard processes and procedures;
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using a computer and designated tracking software;
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business;


Qualification & Experience:
- Freshers/10+2/10+3/Experience(Most Preferably Looking For BE and BTech )

Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge


Languages:
-English,Kannada and Hindi
-English and Tamil
-English and Malayalam

Shifts:
- Fixed Day shift and rotational week off for Females
- Rotational Shift and Rotational week off for Males
- Two ways cab

Round of interview:
1. HR round
2.Technical round
3. Operations round

Walk in B/W: 10 A.M- 4.00 P.M (MONDAY to FRIDAY)
Interview going on daily basis…!!!!
