Documents Required for Philippines Visa for Indian Citizens
• Passport Requirements:
• Original Passport: Must be valid for a minimum of six months from the date of return with at least five blank pages for visa stamping.
• Attachments: Include copies of the first page, last page, observation page of the passport, and all old passports (if any).

Philippines Visa Application Form:
• Application Form: Complete and sign one visa application form.
• Photo Specification:
• Photographs: Two recent passport-sized photographs (35mm x 45mm) with a matte or semi-matte finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background, and no border.
• Important Notes:
• Paste one photo on the application form and cross-sign (half signature on form and half on photo).
• The photograph should not be older than three months, scanned, stapled, or used in any previous visas.

Covering Letter:
• Content: State the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit, and number of entries applied for (single/multiple entry valid for six months or one year).
• Signature: The letter should be signed by the applicant and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Honorary Consulate of Philippines, Chennai".
• Format: Use letterhead if the applicant is self-employed or plain paper if employed.

Original Invitation Letter:
• If Visiting a Friend/Relative: Include an invitation letter with the applicant's details, the invitee's complete address and contact number, a copy of the invitee's passport, valid visa, Alien card, and an updated bank statement for the last three months.

Additional Notes:
• Authenticated original marriage certificate if visiting husband.
• Authenticated original birth certificate if visiting parents.

Financials:
• Bank Statement: Copy of the personal bank statement for the last six months with a minimum balance of Rs. 100,000 or above, including the applicant's name, address, account number, bank’s name, telephone number, bank's stamp, and authorized signatory's signature.
• Personal ITR: Personal Income Tax Return for the last three years.

Proof of Occupation:
• Employed:
• NOC, leave letter Letter from the employer.
• Salary slips for the last six months.
• Self-employed:
• Company registration copy with the director naming list/partnership deed.

• Student:
• Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card, and NOC from the school mentioning the travel dates.
• Additional Documents:
• Minors (under 15 years):

• If traveling alone or with someone other than a parent, provide an Affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel, executed by either or both parents, indicating the traveling companion of the minor and the address in the Philippines. The affidavit must be notarized by a local Notary Public, attested by the MEA, and consularized by the Philippine Embassy. Present this affidavit to immigration officials upon the minor's arrival in the Philippines.

• Travel Arrangements:
• Airline Reservation: Confirmed air ticket.
• Proof of Accommodation: Hotel booking.

• Visa-Free Entry for Indian Nationals:
• Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry for up to 14 days if the Port of Entry is Manila and they possess:
• A valid visa or permanent residence permit from the U.S.A, Japan, Australia, Canada, Schengen Area, Singapore, or U.K.

• A passport with at least six months' validity beyond the stay period.
• A return or onward ticket to the next country of destination.
